Mason Westover Homburg is a general legal and conveyancing practice and accordingly is able to assist clients in most of those areas of the law with which people most frequently have to contend, in particular wills, probate and deceased estates, conveyancing, business matters, family law and personal injuries law.
Mason Westover Homburg was founded in Mannum in 1901 by Stanley B von Doussa, and in Murray Bridge in 1909 by John Homburg. The two firms practised separately until 1993 when Mason Westover & Rowe (the successor to Burdett & Brookman which succeeded SB von Doussa) merged with PJ Homburg (the successor to J Homburg & Son).
The current partners of Mason Westover Homburg are Peter Homburg, Jim Mason and Philip Westover, each of whom has over 30 years experience in legal practice. Fiona Shilton has joined the firm as an associate.
At Mason Westover Homburg we pride ourselves on providing a prompt, effective and economical service as local lawyers and conveyancers and welcome further enquiries from visitors to this site. We invite you to browse our site pages for further details of our legal and conveyancing services.
